What you make of it

If only when I slipped on a bikini this stared back at me through the mirror. If only!

But no sadly it really does not.

I knew I’d move south as I got older. I just didn’t think my boobs would get there first!

Seriously the race was competitive and they won with a lead.

Do you ever look at your avatar and stare at him or her lovingly and just think wow?

I do most days. Most days I sit back and think how wonderful it is to pretend that I am her and she is me.

Reminds me back when I used to play with my dollies when I was younger, the difference is changing clothes is a lot easier than over the plastic body parts.

I love Second Life. It’s full of weird and wonderful people . Me being one of them.

None of us are RL twins of our avatars. But who cares. Our world is magical and we are are as we choose to be.

Last week I was a Chimpanzee and a Dinosaur.

Today I’m a sassy babe laying in my bikini and pretending I’m on holiday.

Actually I am on holiday in reality, I’m just not “on holiday”. Corona prevents that, but I plan to make the best of it and still have a good time.

Because after all. Time is what you make of it.

    Same here. 🙂

As for my RL body, I’ve made my peace with most of the changes that the years have wrought. All things considered, I’m in pretty good shape, and definitely in good health right now. I had an NHS Health Check at the end of last year, and the only concerns were that my cholesterol level and weight were a little higher than where they ought to be, but otherwise got the green light.
