#SLIsolationWorkout Challenge

During the current crisis around the world, Thelma has made a decision she not only needs to keep herself fit but she also has to influence others to join her. Thelma is now a Social Influencer!!

She has created the #SLIsolationWorkout challenge.

Sharing on all social media to get all our virtual world self isolators into the challenge and doing fun things to smile and feel better.

So the challenge has no prize. It simply is about everyone coming together to bring a smile and show the world that there is more to life than our feeling sad and despondent about our situations. We are after all , ALL in this together.

Simply, create a video, photo, meme made in Second Life or even Sansar and tag it #SLIsolationWorkout

Lets have some fun and just make people smile and lift each other up rather than fall.

If you are feeling giving you can also donate to the  World Health Organization to help gain aid for people who are not as fortunate as many of us are to COVID-19 Response Fund in order to get essential equipment out.

Find charities in your local countries via your health organisations to aid toward donating blood and funds as well.

Remember, social distancing and make sure you follow the guidelines of washing hands, not touching your face when out in public and where you can wear a mask if you are in busy areas. Those are not hard to make yourself. It doesn’t matter how silly you feel, its better to be alive  than embarrassed.
