Most know I struggle with doing things the way others do. Because frankly that’s not me. I’m also a bit OCD in that respect.
Sure it would improve my views etc but eh I’d be selling myself down a river and not being true to my own creative self. After all whatever I do, ultimately is because I enjoy it.
Yes sure sometimes I sit and think I wish people noticed what I do and all that. But then I’m not really the type of person who ultimately wants to be in the crowd and be noticed. (Well only for the right reasons.)
But I ultimately do always want to be better at what I do. Don’t we all?
I’m more a quiet soul in many respects and actually value my handful of supporters who genuinely do engage the madness I write or speak via YouTube. Hence the main gift on my 2k subscribers list was so specifically geared toward acknowledging just that.
I am me and I prefer to move in my own direction. In saying that I realise that when doing character vlogs for events people just don’t pick up that where my characters are yakking that they are saying the outfits etc come from. So in order to acknowledge that I’ve decided to still include in my character videos but also do a couple of videos each month showcasing in the style I’m previously known for.
I will be doing this for each event on YouTube and we will see how it goes. I’m seriously not going to do let’s go shopping videos as previously said in one of my vlogs as I’d rather stick hot pokers in my eyes!
I mean it, I would rather.
