Glorious day stay safe

Today is such a gorgeous day in reality. I wonder how many people will be out and about in the sunshine forgetting that there are social distancing rules?

Let’s face it, all around us are people ignoring it and just carrying on as usual, some more discreetly than others.

My thoughts on this are twofold. I understand both sides of the coin.

What would I do?

Well I’m working so that’s all sorted.

What did I do over the same glorious weekend?

Stayed home and followed the rules.

Despite my moment to find life the other day, I have followed the rules. At the end of the day, the unknown is something we deal with each time we make contact with someone. We can’t see it so won’t know if we pass it.

Be careful and follow the rules as best you can.

Just because you can’t see it or you haven’t been personally affected, doesn’t mean you stop being careful. For sunshine and a tan?

Find your garden, it’s not forever. It’s just a moment in time.

  1. “I understand both sides of the coin.”
As I understand the two sides they are both bad but the choice should be easy:
Lose your job, your lifelihood, your business
    VS
    Lose your life, period!

    Not such a hard decision.
… said the spoiled pensioner. 😉

    1. Yup! Hard for some easy for others. But socialising down the beach etc that’s ridiculous.
I’m happy to stay where I am, odd moment needs but on the whole it’s the price I’m prepared to pay for future x
