Time to

It’s not long past 10pm here and I’m already in bed. But for the purposes of this blog I’m sat on a swing seat in a cocktail dress waiting for my date.

Seriously what is that about? Two nights in a row I’m too exhausted to even sit at my pc! Totally unheard of.

I spent a bit of time editing a video, but to be fair I gave up as I felt too tired to continue.

This clearly is the new normal.

Quarantine/Isolation exhaustion.

I’m so tired of doing a maximum of not much and that is having the effect of making me want to sfo less.

So as I’m laying here in bed I’m considering ways to change it and feel more get up and go, but with nowhere to go!

It’s crossed my mind that maybe I should order a cross trainer machine or running machine to use at home.

Good old Amazon, here I come….

  1. “nowhere to go!”
That’s exactlly the reason for our general “Quarantine/Isolation exhaustion” I guess. Why wake up, why get up, why do anything at all if we can’t go anywhere? What I can do now I can do equally as well in 10 minutes, 10 hours or 10 days. Makes no effing difference.

    1. This is why the way I feel I’m going to change it is find a new routine.
Cross training er ordered off amazon. Luckily because this months pay had an increase. Otherwise I’d have to pretend
