It’s gorgeous as I look out the window this morning.
It is also going to be a pretty hot day here in the south east uk and although I love hot weather. It’s wasted when you don’t have a beach within walking distance or an out door swimming pool.
Today I’ll only spend minimal time in the sun because I have learnt that a good healthy respect for those rays is important.
I’ve already been to the shops and got my shopping and it’s only just after 9 am. Are you impressed?

I love the summer but you are right the sun’s rays don’t love our skin. Sunscreen is important not just in the summertime I always use a moisture with sunblock all year round. Great advice and wtg getting all your shopping done so early! Have relaxing weekend my friend 🙂

Thanks relaxing I certainly am!!! Yeah I’m a lot more wiser in the sun now. A moment of brown isn’t worth the damage. Though I spent teenage years being stupid in the sun 🌞
