It is!!! Time for a pancake and lemon.
Today is pancake day here in the U.K. and we all rush to buy the ingredients to make that fabulous pancake . To be honest they’re basically always in my cupboards.
I like a plain pancake with a little drizzle of lemon juice. That is truly perfect to me and also less calorific to be honest,
Leave me to my devices then it’s toffee sauce and squidgy cream!!!!
Lord don’t get me started!!!! Food is my vice and just the thought of tasty sweet treats is like me having a withdrawal from an addiction.
But something I’ve always wondered but been too embarrassed to ask. Why do we have pancake day??????

Happy Pancake Day, and happy Fat Tuesday! I suspect those two are related somehow… mmm pancake… 😛
We had big savoury pancakes with homemade spread for tea, yummy but very filling, one was enough!
I went to Second Pride’s Mardi Gras festival yesterday to do a 2-hour set, went great except I messed up my mic settings so no voiceover for two-third of set.
