I’m just landed in bed. Midnight and I’m ready for the knackers yard already. Except I have nothing the knackered yard would want.
I’ve been out to a 70’s themed night at Esoteric and actually really enjoyed myself, nope no photos or filming just dancing music and some great banter.
I need to remind myself that enjoyment is way good for the soul even if it’s in a virtual way. It’s about a bunch of people getting together, distantly and virtually, enjoying a moment in time. Just how life is meant to be.
It’s so hard to explain this to the novice who really doesn’t understand or doesn’t try to understand that people can connect in so many ways without having to be in the same room.
There is nothing geeky or weird or any other descriptive word about it. I know it’s far more better for the soul than staring at a television set for hours. I’m so over television. So over it I stopped paying the tv licence.
