It’s Monday yet again and that hamster wheel called work, runs again for all today.
Anyhow that’s not what this blog post is about.
I’m watching the news about Jihadi Jack. The Isis supporter from a middle class uk family that flew out to join Isis.
His parents want him to be brought home as they don’t believe he should be banned from returning home. His parents don’t believe he was ever part of the movement.
Yet he admitted he was. They believe he was tortured to say what he did.
As parents it’s hard to accept our children could do wrong.
We look at our children as those innocent babies we brought into the world.
I’m watching this right now and feel so sad for his parents.
When their eyes eventually do open, I can’t imagine the heart ache they will eventually feel.
