It was a sunny day where I was today. Much like this picture. Only I wasn’t standing under spring trees enjoying the sun on my skin.
I was scrubbing floors and having another mad spring clean day in my flat. Yep you read that correctly despite it being Sunday I was at it like a true scrubber.
Honestly you should see the state of my nails now. My hands are like old scrubbers hands and my nails look like I’ve clung to a concrete wall and ripped them to shreds hanging on.
So my aim this evening is at some stage before bedtime to spend some tlc time trying to get them into a decent state. I should wear gloves? Yes, yes I should. I’m just partial to the feel of dirt to make sure I’ve got rid of it properly.
Instead just imagine me like this, a virtual perfection.
