Let’s start this week with something.
It’s Monday and the cycle of activity is back. I’ve been off on a week of annual leave and yet do not feel like I’ve had time off and rested.
In fact I just feel exactly like I did the last Friday I was last logging off to embrace the time off.
Do you ever wonder why despite time off you always feel the same? This morning I am. I feel just as exhausted, struggling and desperate for a holiday!
Go figure. Maybe the answers are not in having holiday time. The answers are in changing life maybe?
In my case I know the answer. The cat, the cat is slowly killing me with his daily waking me from 4am. It’s the cat!!!!!
