Today I received a Facebook request and message.
So what, I hear you think.
The request came from my cousin who I have not seen for many many years.
She is the daughter of my late fathers sister.
We had been estranged all these years because of him and all the things he did. I talked about that in my last Coffee. Well only some of it.
Today I got to speak to her for the first time in such a long time and it was so wonderful.
We cammed and caught up on family stuff and it was as though the years hasn’t been too lost.
Lots of tears were shared and I also found out I’m the cousin aunt of a pair of blonde gorgeous 18 year old twins.
All I can say is wow!!! Life throws some lemons at times and then suddenly you get something wonderful. I got family!
