I’m slowly getting ready for work this morning.
I feel like I had a hard night out in the tiles and am hungover or still sozzled. Only I haven’t been out nor have I been drinking.
Unless water counts?
I woke up at 5 am and haven’t been able to go back to sleep, so had a shower and early breakfast, now either I’m not well or I’m just getting old.
Last night I had a FaceTime call with my son and his new baby. Honestly it was a wonderful call.
They only live down the road but no one is to visit for a few days at least as mum and baby need time to get into their routine at home. My son looks radiant! Honestly it made me cry with pride after the call. Fatherhood suits him.
Have a lovely Thursday all. There was peace on the streets last night, let’s hope it continues.
