I’m sat here tapping away into the phone sending another thought out into the universe.
Apart from its that time again that events start all over again. Today’s thought is something my great cousin was talking about recently and it gelled.
To find contentment is far greater than searching for happy.
Happy is a feeling but in order to find that feeling you would need to find contentment.
So maybe we find ourselves at times searching for the wrong thing. A feeling instead of a sense of being.?

Lol I decided to find contentment and from there happiness comes.
I kind of love listening to different ways of approaching things in life. Sometimes it’s a good mind shift. I’m not fully overjoyed yet but I am “content”
