I find talking quite healing to me. So I can ramble forever honestly.
Me? I’m fair to muddling is how I am. Some ok days some bad days and some real bad days.
Yesterday was an ok day which for some reason I did feel chirpy.
I won’t do a chat if I’m not ok as no one really needs to hear it.
But yep I’m a up and down rollercoaster these days.
