ASMR book reading

*UPDATE*  Now added the video below. Have you ever tried to record something but for love or money the quiet you need is not there?

That’s been me trying to record my Chapter 1 of DH Lawrence story “The Virgin and the Gipsy”.

Honestly I cannot record in front of someone giggling away.

I long for silence to do these things. Last night I recorded it but it sounds like I was in monotone and trying to rush the audience to the finish line.

Since COVID19 I struggle to get private quiet times to do my recordings but they are few and far between.

Specific recordings of audio like reading require slowly and with breath pauses. But last nights seriously was me on hyper speed.

So back to the drawing board on this later today.
