Today I felt that way. I was fine until lunchtime and I decided to eat some crackers for lunch with peanut butter.
No you may say what’s crackers got to do with anything.
A lot actually.
I’ve been living a more Keto lifestyle since the whole having diabetes thing happened.
After living a very low carb lifestyle I made the mistake of thinking some crackers would be ok.
They were while I ate them. 3/4 hour later I felt rubbish, absolutely rubbish.
It was like I’d eaten a tub of ice cream and you know that feeling of needing a good workout to feel better? It was that.
I realise this is of no consequence but it sets the scene for my idea of a bike ride.
I’m going with that. 😊
