Challenge to Summer

So it’s my turn to set a challenge.

Summer Madness.

Those two words can invoke so many interpretations and I figured it could be a lot of fun seeing how people interpret that one and why.

Now the why is important.

So the picture tells the story but the words explain the why.

For me my Summer Madness is I’m basically going bonkers because summer and I used to be great pals.

In fact summer and I spent a lot of time in each other’s company years ago and I have many great memories of hedonistic summer days lazing by the beach, pina colada intoxicated and generally eyeing up the lifeguards.

This is no more.

I’m a lady of a certain age now and that thing they call menopause has hit me and I am like a thermostat that never turns down.

My summer madness is a constant frantic trying to cool my head down and finding the nearest iced water to throw on my face.
