I’ve taken an early lunch break because I needed to stand and feel the sun.
It seems daft waiting for the implied 12 pm for my body to adjust.
I’m actually not hungry today and felt like I needed some sun .
So with that in mind my half hour is being used to take rubbish to the bin store and sit in the sun for a bit before cracking on with work.
