I am just headed home on the bus of infinite excitement.

It’s the bus of both hope and dread. Hope that I will be home soon but dread that the schoolies are out in full force.

The schoolies are their usual excitable selves, smelling of stale perfumes and aftershaves with the fresh smell of tobacco and vape as they puffed away at the bus stop.

I often wonder why it’s considered so cool to vape. Let alone smoke. But even today in 2019 after many years of educating it still has a huge draw addiction.

I’ve never felt compelled.

Not sure if it’s my desire to breathe well or my vanity. Smoking has never been for me.
