I’m doing that right now as I sit in diabolical traffic waiting for a movement. No I don’t mean a bowel movement.
It’s raining and the world has come to traffic meltdown where I am.
I don’t drive (in a bus) so personally I can never understand the meltdowns.
However I am glad I don’t drive because at least I can sit back and not care too much and leave that angst to the bus driver and all the other drivers out there.
Why don’t I drive? No before you ask I did learn and no I never got caught drunk driving and all the other list of reasons.
I simply can’t bear the thought of it and ok I admit I’m petrified of it.
There you have it. A fear of driving a car.
Does it limit me? Not really. Have legs try to walk, public transport, will use.
I guess the only time I find it a pain is grocery shopping or if I want to dash out and not be gone long.
Other than that, I also feel sorry for people and the costs attributed to owning a piece of metal that depreciates the minute you walk off the forecourt and then costs you an arm and a leg to keep on the road.
I’ll take the bus. Happy rain driving and remember, breathe!
