The past few days have been all about my eye and not in a good way. What started as a bit of irritation quickly turned into something painful, itchy, and hard to ignore. Today my eye is swollen and so is part of my cheek.
I’ve spent what feels like forever on the phone, trying to get some help. Calling, waiting, repeating myself, hoping someone would finally point me in the right direction. It’s frustrating how something small can end up taking over your whole day.
The chemist gave me some sterile eye drops till im seen.
The only positive is that I’ve got an appointment booked for Monday. At least now there’s a plan.
Until then, it’s just a case of getting through it and hoping it doesn’t get any worse. It hurts to see the sun and it feels like someone has repeatedly punched my eye in.
Never mind. Only two days. Meanwhile here I look perfect and the phone call is to my lover to arrange the uber to our night out.
