Take me away from here to a beautiful romantic place. Paris will do.
Right now I’m feeling a strong pull to travel, but I can’t this year. Too many other priorities going on. My sons wedding and my daughters 30th. The two huge financial things going on in my life whilst balancing my financial deficit. Also I’m on a redecorate to feel bright and renewed in the flat which although isn’t a huge cost, it still bears a cost. Especially when I decided I needed a new frying pan!
Omg how much???? It’s been that long since my last purchase I was pretty shocked. There are el cheap ones but I don’t like having to regularly replace and I’m replacing a 15 year old one.
I slightly choked in that outlay I have to say.
Paint is just something I’m buying tin by tin. The next major painting frenzy will be my living room. August will be it when each weekend I paint one wall and skirting board, wash the carpet in that area. Then move the furniture back, and so on until completed. It will take four weeks but I have the patience of a snail on fast mode so I’m sure I can handle that time frame.
By winter, home will feel all nice and new and cosy.
So maybe Paris after Christmas?
