Today I said it a number of times. The F word. To myself in my own four walls because frankly some days are just a complete mess.
Today ended in a really bad way when I got a message to let me know someone has taken their life over the weekend. It’s like a what the F*ck moment. Just out of the blue and I just want to hug the people who this affects, my daughter being one.
When I started my Sunday nights Poetry F bomb videos it was done as a tongue in cheek up yours to anything and everything that brings our spirit down. This evening I want to say F*ck you to the people who make others feel bullied and like they’re nobody. Those that affect peoples lives without conscience or thought. F*ck you to life that makes people feel like they need a way out. Just a huge F*ck you!!!
This sort of thing is a daily thing in life and right now the biggest bully is that dude who likes to start conflict so he can be a despot in as many peoples lives as possible. Putin. That absolute moron!!!
Frankly I’m not sure why he is still around.
Also I’ve had a headache for nearly 6 days now and a neck ache. So I’m off to sleep, maybe tomorrow will be a better day. For everyone. ❤️

One of the places in Second Life where I like to hang out has been dealing with a deluge of misogynistic arseholes whose only joy in life seems to be making women’s lives miserable. 😦 So I’m feeling you on this video.
