Well last night I wasn’t by the pool. I was in Sansar.
Unfortunately as much as I would love to show you my experience and the gorgeous photos and video footage I took, I can’t.
Part of the agreement in entering is that you agree to not share the footage or photos on public platforms .
Which is fair enough at this stage and I’m thankful for the opportunity.
A lot of work still needs to be done on the actual avatar. Having already been inside High Fidelity the avatars remind me of those in High Fidelity. In the actual structural appearance.
But then this experience isn’t about pretty avatars and looking hot to trot.
This experience is about the amazing structural details in this world and the potential to create even more.
For me personally I’m highly impressed with what I am seeing. The level of detail and scale of builds is amazing.
At this moment machinima creating is not smooth as with a mouse and keyboard I was a little jerky to say the least.
You have an option to either voice or not voice. You have a chat feature as well and so communication is certainly I think key and I experienced as like High Fidelity the choice to voice was more key than walking around silent in a chat bubble. So interactivity I believe will be high in this world.
I of course as a vlogger and machinima nut want to have some more control of the jerkiness of the camera movements, but then perhaps I need to learn a few more keyboard movements.
I will keep going in and learning and hopefully one day we can be given the green light to be able to share our initial experiences.
Now back to sl and my Vlog …… enjoy!
