Here I stand.
Looking out at the world and wondering what road my truck needs to go down. (I can’t drive mind you)
It’s just a coin of phrase with my mind being as it is. Full of so many ideas and dreams that I wonder at what point I will take chances. I mean real ones, not imaginary ones. That’s for another day.
Tomorrow is Tuesday and it’s back to my work desk after 6 days of not being sat there. It’s been nothing I have missed at all. In fact, I don’t believe anyone misses work in all honesty. But I felt I had to point it out.
I checked my TikTok account earlier and realise I have racked in over £1,700 in earnings for merchants since August 1. Steadily rising.
In the grand scheme that’s not as much as others do, but I’m still proud of myself anyhow.
I of course earn a percentage of usually between 10-20% dependant on the actual product. So that’s real life money! Thats money I will be able to physically use!
It seems I’m pretty good at encouraging people to buy freeze dried sweets. Who knew!!! Clearly that’s a winner.
On the flip side the work I put into blogging items in second life earns nothing, absolute zilch. Nada. Nothing, zero. Null!
In fact it costs me and many other bloggers to do blogging. A fact that people are very much ignorant of.
So when I see posts written negatively by any SL creators and their managers or general public about bloggers sense of entitlement etc it seriously boils my p*ss.
Bloggers get free outfits, items. That is it. They’re actually worth nothing. Let’s be honest, absolutely nothing. If you think of the work done to promote. It’s not real life rewards.
So as a loud shout to all people out there, be like the people I blog for, say thank you to your bloggers. Don’t bitch and moan because frankly they’re free marketing and help make you all money!! Real life money.
I blog for the best people who really are appreciative of their bloggers. I am always more than happy to blog for them
By the way outfit is a free group gift from Kiwi & Co formerly Blueberry. That lady is so generous to her customers it’s truly lovely.
