Today all I want to do is snack. Honestly I’m so hungry it’s like I’d eat anything. But don’t worry I’ve contained myself and chosen wisely. After all unless it’s in the cupboards it can’t be had!!!
The start of the winter months always has this impact on me. Intense hunger pangs for the heck of it and insatiable comfort eating.
