Call in the surf quick

I have just finished the day job and my god I am a humid sweaty sticky mess!

Moist, yes moist! All I can say is it feels the storms are brewing again.

Today I was  meant to travel  to the actual office as I had wanted to catch up with colleagues and also I had a meeting this afternoon.

However, last nights stormy thunders  kept me awake and also brought on me a feeling like I had suddenly turned 100 and my head was heavier than normal.

For a few years I have had an issue with these kind of atmosphere changes. My body seems to react to it and it can really make me incredibly lethargic. Which is  how I rolled today.

The great thing is when you can work from  home, you can feel more relaxed about the hideous sight you feel when you wake up after no sleep, and the eyes have swollen with the humidity and your head feeling like  a thousand grams of cement.

I still went to my  2 hour meeting, using technology.

Technology is an amazing thing where you can actually attend meetings and still be in the room with everyone using skype conferencing. I highly recommend it.

The best bit though is the walk home afterwards. One minute to shut down, two to push the chair under the table. Work done.

Now please direct me to the nearest ocean so I can throw my rather humid self in!
