My weekend has been about time with a lovely little young male who just has to look at me with a cheeky smile and I am putty in his hands.
At the age of three Mason already is a charmer. His smile lights a room and no matter how grumpy or low you feel, he changes that feeling just by his presence.
Childhood innocence is such a wonderful time in life. The fantasy of playing games, running around like a super hero and confident you are going to conquer the world. I often wish I could slide back into that time.
Never take for granted the time you get to spend with little people and being part of their little fantasy worlds. It is a fleeting time in life and so important to them.
It’s also a time as parents you never get back if you miss it.
Jump off technology and spend the time. It’s very well worth it.
