Here I am. Well virtually anyhow. I am currently sat on my sofa drinking coffee before heading for the shower.
Today is my daughter in laws baby shower and I need to do something about my hair! Choose an outfit and try handfeed my cat before I go. I cannot wait as I’m going to be a grandma again and can’t wait to meet this little person.
Now the cat again. She is slowly grazing on cat soup if I put it down, but not really putting weight on. More like maintaining what she is.
Each night she sleeps on the pillow next to my head and we have the same ritual. I ask her politely to not die there and be with me in the morning. She obliges and each morning her head is next to mine.
A friend said I need to be ready and maybe put something on the pillow but I don’t care. As long as she is comfortable then that’s all that matters to me.
In the meanwhile I’m drinking my coffee and trying to find the energy to jump up and grab my shower and hair wash. Let’s hope the weather turns out like my virtual capture for the day as right now it’s looking bleak.
