I’m on “holiday” in reality. But not on actual holiday, because frankly I can’t afford one.
However to me, not having to log into work is a giant treat that I appreciate wholeheartedly. Just shame the weather didn’t quite suck as much as it does currently.
This week has been my grandson staying over and just spending amazing time together. Honestly every moment I get is a real joy.
This year in August I’ll be welcoming a second grandchild. This time my son and his wife will be having a daughter. Honestly my heart is just beaming and I can wait to meet this new little girl.
Meanwhile here I am pretending I’m on holiday. In reality I’m relaxing and unwinding. Something very much needed.
