Let’s face it, we are so busy in life these days we multi task just about everything.
Gone are the days where we could spend time doing individual tasks. Now, we tend to do usually two at once because our lives are so busy and there really are not enough hours in our days.
Then there is me! I multitask so when I get to the evenings I can just flip myself on the sofa and just breathe. Living like that has become habit for me and frankly I also wonder if it’s part of getting older? Am I the only one who crams it all, so then I can breathe?
