I’ve pulled my shoulder again. A few days ago.Not much to say as it literally incapacitated me a few days as usual,
This time around I laid off pc and did as little as I could to aggravate it and today it’s much better. A little niggly but way better,
Im slowly learning that I come first and that I need to step back when things overwhelm my physical being. It works!!!! Oh and so does lashings of Deep heat sprayed. Omg that is like an orgasm in a spray can at how it soothes.
I’ve got lots on right now and the warmth from it is amazing. The smell maybe overwhelming but right now I don’t care,
