It’s Saturday and I’m having one of those days where I’m feeling a little out of sorts. Sleep was a nightmare as my shoulder pain was immense as a result from doing so much yesterday of heavy lifting and repetitive arm movement.
The Hemp Cream I bought to try something different, was as useless as most things you buy off Amazon which often are substandard. It has no real impact at all.
I ended up taking Strong painkillers which have minimised the pain today, shame as I had big hopes for the cream.
Today I’m finding the chill and despite feeling out of sorts I’m just chilling.
Oh the fact is also I cannot go out as I look like an oompah loompah patch doll!
I tried self tanning yesterday and suffice to say there is a technique I need to master before trying this again!! I’m patchy as hell and only a strong filters can help with that. Reality is we cannot walk around with a filter. Call me the Oooompah Loompah.
So I’m planning on a film shortly. A warm blanket and possibly a snooze!! That’s how I’m feeling it today.
