It’s my lunch break in reality and for ten minutes I’m indulging myself by sitting on the sofa and tapping this blog on my phone.
I will after that time move like a stealth ninja and attack some housework and at the same time it’s a stretch from beavering at the desk all day.
Working from home we forget all too much the importance of breaks and stretching etc. I’m trying to get way better in that. I am really.
I just am one of those people that once I start I can literally go all day just working and being in the zone. Then there are times due to health I can zone out of the zone but still remain in the zone. Zoning out!
Make of that what you will.
Anyhow my back. Good lord I’m still trying to see a doctor. I think I’ll be ready for retirement once I get an appointment, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I just rang again for the 7th working day in a row to be told ring back at 8 am in the morning. You can’t book appointments anymore but have to call and get same day call backs. So basically the doctors are acting like call centre agents.
I don’t pay my national insurance taxes for them to do so. I’ve made a decision on opting to pay private healthcare because the way things are going I’ll probably be dead before I get an appointment. (I exaggerate of course).
Today though I want to go sit in the sunshine after work and just take in the last of the summery days before we head into autumn. I won’t be in such an outfit. The neighbourhood would file a complaint if I did. True!
I shall just pretend I’m looking as lean and sassy.
