This is my chilled version for today.
I’m due in a few hours to get my second vaccine jab. I won’t lie, I’m a little nervous as my first one caused me so much issue with my diabetes. I really don’t want a repeat.
My plan you ask? Basically to seriously reduce carbs even lower than normal over the next week to see if that helps to counteract the effect. Other than that not much else I can do as the rest is just suck it up.
So for the next few hours calm and chill.
