I always thought a drinks cabinet was a posh people only thing. Oak furniture, fancy bottles, and crystal glasses.
In real life, my “cabinet” is a shelf that holds cordial and lattes.
But in Second Life? Different story.
In Second Life, I can be absolutely skint and still own a gorgeous drinks cabinet packed with unlimited booze. No budgeting, no saving it for guests, no panic buying gin on offer. Just click and pour, endlessly. Oh and lots of animations.
Maybe drinks cabinets aren’t about being posh after all, they’re about feeling abundant and prepared. And in Second Life, everyone gets that luxury.
Real life me: tap water with cordial.
Second Life me: fully stocked bar and animations.
