I can’t Hoover. But, I can move my arm to around waist level now. My shoulder did its thing again last week for the millionth time.
However hoping to see the doctor because after 11 years of shoulder issues on and off this was the worst.
Why? Because twice when I attempted to do something. ie get into bed and take my top off I felt it twist and I’m pretty sure it came out its socket and flipped back in, my hand was looking the wrong way around for a second.
I know it wasn’t imagination and the intense pain is the first time I’ve spent screaming. No one was available to help and so it’s just something I’ve gone through on my own for the last 5 days.
My Melanie Oma is ok. I have to go in for further surgery in October to cut more out so that will be another period of time I’m going to nurse myself. However it’s good as they said it’s not invasive.
It seems life is dishing it out at the moment. But I remind myself daily that I’m lucky in comparison to other people.
