Nahhh not really, made you think though for a second? I’m actually sipping a cup of tea and on hold to British Telecom waiting in them to sort out my complaint.
Yes I have dared to make a complaint for a change. Fact is financially I don’t have all the sheckels in the world to spend freely. Paying for my broadband has become a huge issue as it seems British telecom have a habit of offering great deals and prices to noobies but when it comes to loyal customers they basically take the proverbial p take!
Long story short, my current bill is £54 for the lowest grade broadband that you can get. Usually costing £29.99. Add a few extra few sheckels if you include landline.
Oh that was before they increased me to £83 a month and I lost my nut. (My head). Then said they were going to reduce the cost as I’m a great customer. To this!! Literally near double the cost of a basic package.
Honestly you have to watch out these days as often companies will rip you off left right and centre. So fingers crossed it’s resolved today as otherwise my next move is Ofcom and the Financial Ombudsman. I mean business today.
