*update* Linden Lab apologised

Well that was a crazy 24 hours on the internet yesterday don’t you think?

I’m absolutely pleased Strawberry got her apology. It goes to show that when our community joins together, no matter where we are, what language, what culture etc, we are a community and can look after each other pretty well.

Personally I think Linden Lab became rather awesome in my estimations with their public apology.

A lot of high profile companies would not even have bothered because they’re just worried about the money. Linden Lab showed yesterday by that apology that they do care about the community and what their community feels and thinks. And they can listen. Let’s hope that this sets the precedent to more engagement and better customer dealings.

So my virtual hat off to them for their addressing of the issue so fast.
