I’ve pulled my shoulder again! I give up.
Sat here feeling sorry for myself today after a night of no sleep. Doctor said usual, rest, meds and don’t do anything repetitive.
Life is repetitive 😂
At least this time it’s my left one and I’m right handed. Believe me the use of the toilet is important when your correct hand is useable!
