Remembering a viking

The title and picture have absolutely nothing to do with this mornings ramble.

This morning I have a meeting with the directors who I’m hoping will be issuing their apology to me about the breach of my data. It will if it happens (I am not being overly confident it’s going to happen) be a year in the waiting and two years since it started.

Miracles do happen apparently.

So this weekend may start with a final sense of happiness and relief or continue as it has been for a long while just waiting

My request was pretty simple to not take them to court. A formal apology letter and a compensatory payment. The two together and not one without each other.

Unlike others who have gone down this route I’m not seeking lots of money. I’m just wanting to feel that their apology will  be kept and what they did will never happen to me or any one else again.
