Another random video that I did about a week ago. Honestly I have a cupboard full of them. I tend to call country type music Chicken Kickin music. Yeah I do, I admit. But can I tell you something, I love good old modern country music and the stories they tell. I shall now go [...]

Wow what a long day yesterday was. If I could go back in time I would. 9-5 was a totally awesome show. I thoroughly enjoyed it and Louise Redknapp was absolutely amazing in it. Brian Conley hilarious and Bonnie Langford, my god that woman can contort her body! I highly recommend if you want to [...]
Oh Saturday how I love you
I'm awake, the sun is shining and then not. I was mistaken for a moment. Today I'm going to London with my daughter. We are off to see the stage show 9-5. It was my birthday present from January and now finally getting to see it. I hope you all have a spiffing day, I [...]
An apple bite

So today and all this week I'm on a course. Mental Health Awareness. I'm sure I need it. But no, it's to help me as a union rep helping others. I'm aware the virtual plane is going to proceed into virtual nightmare as we have been updated that maintenance will be starting today until the [...]
End with a bang
It's Sunday evening and I actually decided to detach from social media for much of today and this evening. Some days it's good for the soul to take time out and be 100% focused on those you are around without the distractions of social media. To be in the moment and real and attentive. To [...]
