I’m laying on my sofa right now and it’s been a busy weekend. Well yesterday was.
Today has been laying on my sofa and just drifting into films or sleep.
I went into London yesterday for my sons, fiancés Hen party. I had a fabulous time. Once I let go of my nerves being in london amongst lots of people it was great.
We started at a cocktail bar called Murder Inc in Soho, it was so much fun. We got to make cocktails and the guy who led it was hilarious.
After that we had a drink at a pub then dinner was at Piano Works in the Westend. Don’t ask me why I chose a vegan lasagne. But I did.
Following from that another bar for a drink then Archer Street which was an amazing atmosphere. However there I was in my going out sneakers whilst everyone had whipped out their heels. Suddenly I felt short and maybe older amongst the young-ins.
It’s so hard to imagine my son getting married. He is after all my boy. Always will be. Makes you realise how time flies. The wedding? 14 October.
