Earlier today I saw the news that Ebbe Altberg the CEO of Second Life has passed away.
It saddens me to hear as he has been a great CEO and given so much value to the Second Life community.
He was a good man who always tried to connect with the residents and that really showed his love for his job.
I just want to send my condolences to his family and all of the staff at Linden lab who spent most days interacting with him.
From myself and all the other residents I know who don’t have a voice, bless you Ebbe and May you rest in peace ❤️

As a CEO I had my reservations about his stupid actions (Project Sansar, not caring about the consecutive world, not understanding SL’s basics) but he did a lot of good stuff as well. The grid is mostly more stable now than ever before.
So Ebbe, my you Rest In Peace.
