Today’s the big day Melanie An Noma is getting her official eviction notice.
Once the drama’s over, I plan to recover in pure luxury, stretched out on my Chez Moi set, surrounded by cushions, snacks, and a smug sense of relief. Think ‘spa day meets survival mode.’
For those new here, she is my melanoma, yes, I gave it a name, because if something insists on living rent free on my shin, it deserves to be addressed properly before it’s cut out of my life. Literally.
So, today’s the next Wide Local Excision or as I prefer to call it, the “Wide Local Eviction.” The doctor will do his thing, and I’ll do mine staying perfectly still, pretending I’m calm, and secretly wondering if I should have brought snacks.
Melanie had her moment in the spotlight , too much, frankly and now it’s time for smoother legs and quieter days. So goodbye, darling. You’ve been dramatic, high-maintenance, and entirely unwelcome. The shin is mine again, and I’ll be spending the rest of the day doing what I do best resting stylishly.
