So sometimes there is great news to share even if for others it’s not that exciting.
For me it’s positive and I’m looking forward to a change which may just be what I’m needing right now.

I think its really important to stick to a routine, and going out for a walk first thing sounds like an excellent idea! Stay away from SL during the daytime when you’d normally be working heheh! What a temptation.

Yeah I totally agree re SL. Routine is best for anyone I think. Otherwise it’s a slippery slope. A slippery slope indeed lol
