As I sit on the bus headed to work I realise how busy my day is going to be.
It is always busy but last week I wasn’t feeling so great.
Thursday was a waste of a day and Friday I sofa surfed on my own sofa with a 4 day headache.
So not just a fresh weeks work but two days to catch up on now.
On a good note though the sun is shining and I’m not sweating like a nervous bank robber.

Honestly, I am not a huge believer in that you have to be busy every second of the day like spending the day just relaxing on a sofa either because your body might be saying nuff let me just relax I need it or savoring a moment of watching a sunset ~ glad you are feeling better hugzz
